We are seeking a skilled Talkdesk Admin Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing our Talkdesk platform to enhance customer service operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and a strong understanding of customer experience best practices.

What you will do

\n\nPlatform Configuration: Configure and manage the Talkdesk environment, including user setup, call flows, and reporting dashboards.\nCustomization: Develop and implement custom solutions using Talkdesk APIs and integrations with other systems to meet business needs.\nSupport and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for Talkdesk users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system performance.\nData Management: Analyze call data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.\nCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, customer support, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of Talkdesk with existing processes.\nTraining/Mentoring: Create training materials and conduct training sessions for power users to maximize the utilization of the Talkdesk platform. Mentor power users to increase their knowledge and capabilities.\nReview: Review call flows created by the business for functionality, suggest improvements, \nDocumentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, integrations, and processes.\n
