This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and adaptable professional to join our Talent and Transformation Consulting Practice in Singapore.
You will help to shape exciting outcomes for our clients and navigate the future of work in areas such as HR transformation, skills, job redesign, workforce planning, employee engagement etc.

We will count on you to:
Analyze a variety of qualitative and quantitative client data based on the guidance of a project manager.
Conduct research-based activities using a variety of methods to shape points of view on client issues for projects and business development efforts.
Prepare high-quality, innovative client deliverables, focusing on effectively communicating key insights and enabling impact.
Support your peers with work and brainstorming ideas, even in projects outside of your direct responsibilities.
Support project managers with coordination activities to ensure that projects run to time and budget.
Provide points of view in team discussions and challenge other views in a constructive manner.
Identify learning opportunities to continuously upskill across core consulting and talent solution areas.
What you need to have:
Prior experience in HR consulting across Talent Management, Organization Design, Job Redesign, Skills, Workforce Transformation and Assessments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in problem-solving, shaping solutions, understanding and solving for client needs.
Curiosity to help shape the future focused HR function, solve real client problems and create impact.
Ready to actively contribute to a collaborative, innovative team culture.
Taking ownership of your own continuous learning and career development.
Ability to articulate ambiguous data sets into well researched and high quality outputs.
