Mercer Mexico is seeking candidates for the following position TALENT STRATEGY AND EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE SENIOR CONSULTANT to join our multi-disciplinary CONSULTING TEAM in Mexico City offices.

We are looking for a solid Manager to join the Transformation Talent Strategy area who could support the team in designing proposals, delivering projects and generating connections with our clients by bringing her/his fresh and innovative thinking and experience.

In the Talent Strategy Practice at Mercer, you will play a critical role in helping organizations optimize their talent management strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop innovative solutions to attract, develop, and retain top talents. Your expertise in talent strategy and your ability to provide strategic guidance will be instrumental in driving organizational success.

Identify and contact companies and clients (CHRO's) to expand the sales and revenue of the talent practice in order to achieve the established business objectives.Support the Practice in designing winning proposals, participating in meetings and events that allow for greater positioning.  Lead the team of consultants that are part of the delivery of projects related to talent, succession, career, leadership, employee experience, EVP and overall Organizational Transformation. Act as a strategic business partner and be a trusted advisor to the client, focus on expanding the business and client relationships especially with the key people. Lead large size/complex project and accountable for project delivery such as timeline, work approach and stakeholder communication etc, in order to ensure the project management on time, quality and budget.Act as a technical expert in one or more of the HR solutions or act as industry expert.Perform as an effective leader and coach to the more junior consultants

We will count on you to:

Identify the strategic guidelines for the Talent Strategy services, in order to expand Mercer's portfolio;Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with C-suite executives to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support and guidance, acting as a strategic advisor;Business development and accountability on identified sales targets through the management of Mercer customers and the opening of new customers by leveraging its network; prepare project proposals, serve as a primary client contact and build relationships with clients;Manage client projects, estimates hours and timelines for the project team, ensuring client projects adhere to budget;Look after implementation of projects and organization of teams, ensuring full operational efficiency and maximum quality / satisfaction of the end customer;Carry out research, studies, case histories aimed at increasing the market positioning of the Talent Strategy practice;Collaborate with the Senior Management Team in order to achieve the sustainability and marginality objectives defined by the company;Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management and contribute to the development of thought leadership materials.Develop expertise in many of our practice areas in Talent Development, Performing  Organization and People Engagement (Talent Development, Performing  Organization, HR Assessments, Leadership, Culture, HR Analytics,  HR Implementation & Transformation, EVP ,  Career Path, HR Strategy , TS Consulting and People Engagement).Identify new business opportunities with clients and manage proposal processSupport business and intellectual capital development

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Organization/ Management / Psychology.Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Law, Political and Social Sciences or similar;+15 years of experience in the consulting business of medium-large size companies with a focus on Talent Strategy, especially related to specific areas such as talent assessment, performance management processes, learning and development processes, leadership development and so on;Proven experience in client facing roles with commercial responsibilities and attitude to manage and lead teams with an effective and cooperative approach;Experience and proficient level of knowledge in at least 2 areas of the Talent Strategy areas: Talent & Development, Talent Strategy, Performing  Organization, HR Assessments, Leadership, Culture, HR Analytics,  HR Implementation & Transformation, EVP ,  Career Path, HR Strategy , TS Consulting & Employee Engagement.Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering high-quality consulting services, especially interacting with C-suite executives;Experience managing large teams and multiple stakeholders.Experience complex financial and operational data analysis.Experience in developing and delivering executive style presentations.Experience in taking an objective, data-driven approach to solving complex problems.Effective and persuasive communication, driving consensus executive stakeholder.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team;Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;Strong commercial aptitude;Strong numerical and analytical skills (Revenue, KPI´s etc..)Fluency in English language;Excellent use of Microsoft Office package (Power Point, Excel and Outlook);
