Talent Specialist III

The Talent Management Specialist lll is responsible for creating and supporting the HR Project Lifecycle of Talent Management Programs. This is including but not limited to: Talent Assessment, Performance Appraisals, Career Pathing, Succession Planning, Onboarding, Internships, and Apprenticeships. The Talent Management Specialist lll will build new or improve on Talent Management Program frameworks to create sustainable solutions. The individual will create, support, and execute on project plans, identify organizational needs and improvements related to talent, and build resources for business leaders to assist in developing associates in line with Medxcel culture. This position will be located at Medxcel's Central Office - Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities Project Management (50%) Create, plan, and execute the Talent Management vision of projects. Take lead on multiple initiatives and manage multiple projects at a time. Effectively consult on areas of improvement. Present project effectiveness findings to both HR and business leaders and identify key improvements. Create project plan communication strategies with all stakeholders. Consistently brings solutions regarding Talent Management to both HR and business leaders while gaining buy in. Ensure the projects implemented are meaningful and consistent. Organizational Development (50%) Be a change advocate in the organization while implementing new or improving on current Talent Management Projects. Identify where change is needed, and work towards the culture change to the Talent Management Vision. Ability to pull, analyze, organize, and use data to identify development opportunities in the organization to ensure business decisions are being made effectively, and backed by data. Connect projects and individuals that should be in the know of initiatives to ensure alignment for an organized delivery. Qualifications Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent related experience required. Experience: 4 years’ TM or relevant HR experience with related associate or bachelor’s degree, or 6 years’ TM or relevant HR experience in lieu of degree required. Experience working in a multilocation organization preferred. Experience in a remote or hybrid environment preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Communication – ability to communicate both written and orally in a multilocation organization, both in person and remote at all areas of the organization in a way that gains stakeholder buy in for the Talent Management Programs. Develop communication strategies of programs to bring awareness to associates within the organization. Proactive use of time to ensure creation, preparedness, and organized delivery of Talent Management to align to business needs. Pull, understand, and organize HR data to support and/or influence business decisions. Organized and detail oriented. Has sufficient business acumen to assist in commercial business expansions by adapting TM Programs effectively. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate effectively and problem solve with senior leaders and Associates across the organization. Expert consultative skills in determining stakeholder needs, providing, and implementing recommended solutions while gaining buy in from the HR Team and Business leaders. Understand and implement TM philosophy in a way that is aligned to specific needs of the business, while influencing both HR and Business Leader stakeholders. Critical thinking skills to organize complex problems in a way that is easily relayed to appropriate levels of the organization and provide potential TM solutions. Prioritize projects and stakeholders in a changing environment and manage those relationships independently. Extensive experience in executing talent programs, with the ability to provide potential solutions. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams and Smartsheet. Travel Required: Up to 10% based on organization and department priorities. #MFMCORP
