Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are a team of close-knit professionals, working in a very dynamic, creative (and fun!) environment and we are looking for a talented sourcing specialist to join our team.

What will you do?

Act as a trusted strategic talent advisor and subject matter expert for both hiring managers and talent acquisition partners.  Partner with stakeholders to identify hiring needs and plan and execute sourcing strategies to ensure successful results.  Drive sourcing capabilities and efforts ​​to proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels and platforms.   Work closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition partners to deliver high quality and high volume results for the GTM team. Be an advocate for our Diversity and Inclusion hiring strategy and initiatives  Drive and execute talent and market mapping strategies  Initiate and drive successful execution of special talent acquisition projects and events Research new and innovative sourcing tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the team.   Use data to analyze trends, report on pipeline health and proactively identify and address potential problems in advance. 

What do you need to have?

3+ years of experience in tech sourcing or E2E recruiting  Execution orientation. Ability to influence stakeholders by providing data-driven insights. Deep knowledge of Sourcing, and passionate about innovative tools and creative  methodologies  Proven experience with sourcing tools/channels such as: X-ray searches/ Boolean searches, LinkedIn etc. to generate qualified candidates Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
