CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Corporate – Human Resources Team working from home.

YOUR IMPACT

CHA's corporate support teams provide vital specialized services to our technical business lines and market teams including, financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology and operational services.  These teams may also support clients when their skills and expertise are required.

 

The Talent Sourcing Specialist will support our talent acquisition team by identifying, attracting, and engaging with top talent in the market. The professional in this role provides expertise with relevant tools and systems (e.g., CRMS, labor market data, job boards, etc.) and utilizes various online and social media resources to build robust talent pipelines.

 

This key role will be responsible for delivering high quality, professional-level candidates by utilizing strategic sourcing and pipelining methodologies, business intelligence, and technology tools in support of strategic business objectives in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers. The Talent Sourcing Specialist works with marketing on employer branding initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand staffing needs.

REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 5 years of experience as a sourcing specialist, recruiter, or similar roleExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect and engage with candidates in various waysHands on experience with social networks, professional resume sites, and resume databases Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other Human Resources Management softwareAbility to work effectively with all levels of the organization and work well under pressureDisplay a high degree of flexibility in a demanding, fast-paced, and frequently changing environmentMust be organized with strong time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions across multiple business lines simultaneously SALARY RANGE:

$75,000 - $90,000

 

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
