Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence Specialist

As a Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier talent across diverse global markets, leveraging cutting-edge sourcing strategies and tools. This role requires a deep understanding of global labor markets and the ability to analyze market data to provide actionable insights that shape the company's talent acquisition strategies.

We are looking for a new team member based in the US or Canada with experience in both talent sourcing and labor market intelligence to join our team.

We are flexible with the location and work-style setup (remote or hybrid).

The Role

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent across the US and Canada Build and nurture a network of passive candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline for critical roles Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and personalized interactions by developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, acting as a brand ambassador for the company Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand the specific needs of each role, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles Conduct thorough market research to identify talent trends and competitive insights across different regions Attend (virtual) sourcing and recruitment events, share summaries with our colleagues Prepare and present market intelligence reports to senior leadership and hiring teams Maintain accurate records of your sourcing efforts, consistently evaluate and refine your approach, and actively collaborate with your team members to ensure alignment and effectiveness in meeting recruitment goals

The Requirements

Experience sourcing candidates across multiple locations and leading labor market intelligence projectsSkilled in utilizing sourcing channels such as professional networks, social media, and recruiting systems to find talent and build lasting talent communitiesAnalytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisionsProficient in building sourcing strategies based on labor market data and confident in driving consultative conversations with business leadersAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while providing an excellent experience to everyone involvedFully proficient in speaking and writing in English

Compensation and Benefits

 

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

 

Compensation

 

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 USD per year.

 

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
