Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will be acting as an advisor for ABB's internal stakeholders, empowering Business and HR teams to make strategic, data-driven hiring decisions through proactive and insightful talent sourcing, ensuring strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs for North Europe region, mainly for Baltics & Denmark. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media, enjoy learning about different roles and you can easily adapt to the digital and customer experience driven talent acquisition world, we’d like to meet you. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, North Europe, you will play a vital role in the Talent Acquisition function, partnering with the business and HR leaders and working closely with our talent team members, supporting multiple businesses to attract and hire TOP talents.Please note you will be hired via our agency partner.The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-HybridYou will be mainly accountable for:• Proactively building long-term relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals, resulting in strong sourcing capability and demonstrated talent pools for hard to fill, in demand roles & talent diversity• Actively engage in kick-off meeting with hiring manager to discuss sourcing strategy, share market insights, outline way forward and share best-practices in sourcing• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques • Use data analytics to understand market trends, candidate behavior and monitor key metrics such as response and conversion rates, and TTF to identify areas for improvement and adjusting sourcing strategies accordingly• Track the number of referrals and their success rates in the hiring process and run periodic referral drives to encourage employees to tap into their networks for potential candidates • Identify future hiring needs and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and maintain regular contact with potential candidates to keep them engaged and interested in future opportunities

Qualifications for the role

Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or recruiter, preferably in a corporate or agency setting Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders Proficient verbal and written communication skills, both in Estonian and English. Danish is an advantage Ability to engage top candidates and build networks Interest in personal development in the direction of IT sourcing and recruitment Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
