Responsibilities: 

Hunt for Talent: Dive into diverse sourcing channels, including cutting-edge methods like social media (hello, LinkedIn!), to uncover the best candidates swiftly. 

Market Mapping: Master the art of market research to provide invaluable insights that guide our recruitment strategy and decision-making. 

Be in the Know: Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, keeping us informed and prepared with the latest market developments. 

Collaborate and Innovate: Thrive in a dynamic environment by actively contributing to multiple projects and initiatives within our Talent Acquisition team. 

Team Player: Understand the power of collaboration and your role in driving team success. 

Requirements: 

2-4 years of hands-on experience in in-house recruitment, adept at swiftly building candidate pools against diverse requirements. 

Proficient in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn to identify and engage top talent. 

Embrace new sourcing techniques and approaches to keep us ahead of the game. 

Dedicated to meeting deadlines and delivering results without compromising quality. 

Committed to continual learning and self-improvement, both technically and functionally. 

Eager to take on new responsibilities and challenges to elevate our team's performance.
