As the Program Specialist, Talent, you will actively participate in the creation and management of projects and activities focused on implementing a robust talent acquisition program experience. In this role, you will use employee insights and your understanding of micro and macro talent trends to establish a program framework that assists teams to attract and retain the best talent in both entry level as well as professional roles. You will collaborate across departments and regions to help local office leadership create a sustainable talent pipeline that can be implemented year after year.

What You'll Do Assist in the creation, implementation, and coordination of talent acquisition programs to help AssuredPartners employees develop the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their careers. Ensure talent acquisition programs are oriented to company goals by helping to establish timelines, communicating project status, and escalating potential setbacks.  Determine ideal candidate profiles and assist in recruitment of individuals participating in talent acquisition programs.  Collaborate with individual departments to develop training curriculums that build skills and competencies in targeted areas.  Advise various stakeholders on AssuredPartners’ talent acquisition programs to facilitate program planning and execution on a local, regional and national level. Coordinate the various components of the talent acquisition programs to ensure a consistent experience among participating employees.  Create opportunities to share the success of talent acquisition programs across AssuredPartners Provide regular project status updates with accompanying reports that include analytics and success metrics on the impact of talent acquisition programs. Other duties as assigned. Travel is expected to be 25% in this role.
