We’re looking for a Talent Marketing Specialist to help us share what makes Xanterra special and attract amazing people to join our journey. You’ll be part of our Talent Support Services Team, crafting job postings, launching creative marketing campaigns, and connecting with potential team members who are ready to live, work, and explore in our breathtaking locations. Responsibilities Bring our 'Live. Work. Explore.' recruiting strategy to life through social media, websites, advertising, and more. Create tailored communications for different audiences, from digital and print to video and social platforms. Team up with our national park locations and HR teams to keep recruitment content fresh and engaging. Coordinate employee social media content and our employee ambassador program to highlight life at Xanterra. Collaborate with local and corporate HR and Marketing teams to gather onsite employee content and keep social media messaging aligned. Work with leadership and HR teams to understand hiring needs and make sure we’re connecting with the right people. Help refine our processes and make sure everything follows our brand standards. Regularly review profiles, websites and job postings to ensure they’re accurate and effective. Organize and create photos and videos to support marketing campaigns. Work with third-party partners on materials like collateral and on-site photo/video shoots. Keep an eye on social media inquiries and comments and help us stay responsive. Jump in on other tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications This position is hybrid, with the expectation to work in our Greenwood Village Offices three days a week. At least two years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications. Skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop). Bonus points if you know Premiere Pro or Dreamweaver. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with an eye for detail and an understanding of industry best practices. Great organizational skills—you know how to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience creating newsletters, blogs, social posts and advertisements. Experience with social platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. A creative, strategic mindset with a knack for building relationships and making connections. The ability to work independently while staying collaborative. A willingness to travel for short and extended trips. A professional, positive attitude and enthusiasm for representing Xanterra. Experience in the travel industry, recruitment, HR, or public relations is a plus—but not required.
