Description We’re seeking a results-driven Full-Time Engagement Professional Talent Manager to join our Finance & Accounting Practice team. As a core revenue driver, you will focus on business development, recruiting skilled professionals, and deploying talent to meet client needs in corporate finance, accounting operations, tax, payroll, and audit functions. Key Responsibilities: + Business Development: + Build client relationships via video, phone, and in-person meetings. + Expand business with new and existing clients by offering staff augmentation and project services. + Leverage professional networks, industry trends, and internal tech tools for lead generation. + Secure and negotiate client engagements and rates for Full-Time Engagement Professionals. + Bench Management and Redeployment: + Match talent with client needs using proprietary tools. + Manage assignments and ensure continuity of engagement for Full-Time Engagement Professionals. + Identify additional revenue opportunities with existing clients. + Recruiting: + Recruit and hire highly skilled finance & accounting professionals. + Achieve weekly interview goals to meet the practice’s growth targets. + Utilize Robert Half’s proprietary recruiting tools and build your network within the industry. + Ongoing Talent Management: + Provide consistent communication and career development to deployed Full-Time Engagement Professionals. + Resolve client service issues efficiently and perform career discussions, performance reviews, and merit pay evaluations for team members. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, human resources or related fields + CPA, CMA, MBA or other professional designation desired. + 2+ years finance, accounting experience strongly preferred. + 2+ years’ experience with Business Development in a Metrics Driven environment. At least one with success in developing new business in a multi‐call, multi‐decision maker environment. + Prior success marketing to and building trusting relationships with both C-level and manager level decision makers. + Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce). + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Exceptional work ethic and organizational skills. + History of exceeding individual goals while contributing to a winning team.
