Talent & Learning Solutions Intern

We are seeking an intern who will contribute to projects within the Talent and Learning technologies solution team to optimise and simplify our ways of working.  Over the last years, our team has been expanding our Talent and Learning Solutions ecosystem to support our people commitments and our People & Organisation (HR) /Learning teams in leveraging technology to accelerate our collective impact. Ensuring continuous improvement of our ways of working and solutions is a key part of sustaining usage and driving business value.

Areas of focus:

The successful candidate will contribute to the key initiatives below amongst other key transversal projects across the team that will emerge over time.  

Learning solutions initiatives

Project managing/ coordinating evolution and launch of a virtual assistant for learning content creatorsProject support for additional outsourcing of application management activities to 3rd party providerProject support for clean-up of digital learning contentSupport definition and refinement of learning admin service, including process improvementDocumentation of standards for using our learning systems to facilitate consistent usage, consistent experience and high data quality

Transversal initiatives:

Support for the offboarding experience project with key focusses reporting, project plan maintenance and risk trackingPreparation and change management support for planned updates to intake management, prioritisation and overall ticket managementContribution to knowledge management approach including maintaining and indexing knowledge basesSupport, where needed, on talent and learning solutions testing, roadmapping and stakeholder communication activities

What you will bring:

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong blend of transversal capabilities and user centric mindset:

Project management skills - experience in handling projects with timely deliveryExperience in change management and process optimization, preferably within digital environments.Strong data analysis and critical thinkingFamiliarity and ease with upskilling on and using technologies  Good communication skills and ability to adapt to different stakeholder needsProactivity and demonstrable ability to learn independently and take the initiative.
