What You'll Do

As a conscientious and dynamic Talent Junior Specialist for Central Europe (CE), you’ll be part of our CE Talent Management Unit, responsible for the staffing and career development of our Senior Consulting Staff. You’ll support the team by performing organizational and administrative HR work. Your service-oriented and calm nature, along with your curiosity, will help you stay on top of things and handle different assignments in parallel.
 
You’ll support the preparation and follow-up of career development meetings, including the compilation of relevant documents, and be independently responsible for setup meeting logistics. In addition, you’ll be responsible for the evaluation management process of our Senior Consulting Staff and manage it independently, while also acting as a point of contact for any questions about the process. In addition to compiling and reviewing various HR statistics and summaries, your responsibilities will also include the administration and maintenance of our internal HR database. Furthermore, you will take on various administrative tasks within the team, ensuring smooth internal coordination and efficient processes. Finally, you will assist your HR coworkers with day-to-day operations and support projects in your area of responsibility.



What You'll Bring

You have successfully completed commercial training or a bachelor’s degree.Practical experience in operational HR work, preferably in an international, service-oriented company (including in the context of your education or training), is an advantage.You are highly proficient in MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel.Excellent German and very good written and spoken English language skills complete your profile.

Who You'll Work With

 

You will be part of a 15-person team distributed across the Munich and Düsseldorf offices, in which collaboration is characterized by mutual support, regular experience sharing, and strong trust. Integrity is our highest priority. You will report to the Talent Management Director for Senior Consulting Staff in Central Europe (CE), who will assist you in familiarizing yourself with the company and developing professionally, and you will also always be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
