How will you make an impact?

 

Responsibilities

Reports to the Manager of Culture & Talent Development. Supports L&D programs including high-potential development, competency assessments, and needs analysis.Assist with logistics and administrative tasks as necessary.Work closely with Manager and other business leaders to determine culture and engagement needs and initiatives.Participate in other projects as needed by Manager.Conducts internal/external research and uses sound judgment and business understanding to make appropriate recommendations related to development opportunities and overall team improvements.

Performance Management

Plans and drives annual performance management initiatives and training. Review performance evaluations and provide updates on identified trends and opportunities for improvement.Consults with leaders to assist in performance discussions, and to identify developmental opportunities.Uses competency-based theories to provide guidance and recommendation on development areas needed to align with the organization’s mission, values, and goals.

Development Planning

Monitor, assess, and debrief competency-based assessment results and determine developmental needs.Serve as a consultant to leaders regarding training & developmental needs, and skill/competency gaps to create development plans to improve or enhance performance.Partners with peer specialists to identify available learning assets to align with individual learning needs. Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

Minimum age of 18 years old.Degree or certification in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or related field or a minimum of 4 years’ experience developing adult curriculum and experience with organizational development.Working experience with Performance Management and Development Planning tools.Experience managing programs in SuccessFactors preferred.Exceptional written, verbal, active listening, and collaborative communication skills.The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and, collaboratively on a team.Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.Advanced skills and experience using Microsoft Office Suite and authoring tools.Strong project management experience.Possess the legal right to work in the United States.Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
