The opportunity
The Talent Communications Coordinator sits within the Communications & Engagement pillar of EY Canada’s Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team. In this role, you’ll support our Talent Communications Lead to deliver on a diverse range of communications, across varying channels, to further our Talent goals and programs — and help our people shape their future with confidence. You’ll also work closely with peers across the Communications & Engagement team to share ideas, connect dots and help drive the overall team vision forward.

Your key responsibilities
Support business objectives through thoughtful, timely and impactful internal and corporate communications Prepare strategic communications materials including newsletters, daily news articles, leadership messages, emails, video and digital content Liaise with BMC team members, graphic designers, translators and other internal stakeholders to plan, develop, finalize and distribute communications Measure and report on communications results to stakeholders and the wider team Proactively and consistently contribute ideas and creativity to brainstorming and planning discussions, as well as team meetings
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have
Post-secondary education in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing communications or a related field A minimum of one to two years of academic, volunteer or professional communications experience Organized and articulate, with impeccable attention to detail Outstanding written, oral, and presentation skills Experience with communications platforms, such as content management systems, an asset This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and professionals nationally and globally. Professional competency in the English language is therefore a requirement of this role. Bilingualism in both French and English is considered an asset.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $56,400 to $84,600. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
