What You'll Do

As Talent Branding Senior Specialist, you will:

Act as the primary contact and employer branding advisor for our Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team, understanding and supporting their hiring needs to attract top talent for our Global Businesses and FunctionsDrive the localization and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to position BCG as an employer of choice for our Asia Pacific Global Businesses and FunctionsCollaborate and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and work with Global and Local teams from Talent Acquisition, HR and MarketingDevelop engaging storytelling content that highlights real employee experiences and key company momentsDesign and format branded candidate marketing materials, presentations, social media graphics, and other digital/print assets for various platformsTrack, analyze and report on performance of recruitment marketing efforts, identifying areas to improve branding effectiveness based on data-driven insightsOpportunities to work on additional global branding projects

 



What You'll Bring

Experience: 5-7 years in employer branding, recruitment marketing or a related field

Proactive hands-on execution skills: Comfortable designing strategies and materials and proactively executing them effectively and with attention to detail

Regional knowledge of the Asia Pacific talent market and its unique challenges.

Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling

Stakeholder management: Build trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders by actively listening, providing strategic advice, and implementing their feedback to drive collaboration and credibility.

Collaborative mindset: Ability to build strong relationships across global and regional teams both in-person and virtually.
