As the Talent and Performance Manager, you will drive a high-performance development culture throughout the Group and provide tools/frameworks to support execution of business strategy and enhance performance (through individual performance at all levels).
In this role, you will:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably within Human Resources or equivalent.A minimum of 8 years of experience in a people development role, with a focus on driving performance culture.Proven experience in performance management, talent management, or a related HR function.Significant experience in analysing and reporting trends from enterprise-level data.You'll have an edge if you:
