As a Talent Advisor you will have the opportunity to influence staffing decisions with knowledge of the organization and external markets. The team you will be working with is results-oriented, collaborative, and values the importance of an excellent candidate experience . So, what will you be doing as a Talent Advisor? + Actively participate in full cycle recruitment process (pre-selection, interviews, offers, and onboarding) + Provide continuous improvement feedback for full cycle recruitment process + Ensure the recruiting processes are being delivered effectively and in an integrated manner with the overall talent needs + Build deep business acumen knowledge for the businesses you support and the ability to sell an organization’s story to candidates + Be a strategic advisor to the business by partnering with hiring managers and HR to determine current and future recruiting needs + Build a pipeline of talent by sourcing passive candidates through formal and informal network alliances, partnerships with various Colleges/Universities, and the use of social media platforms + Utilizing online platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sources + Be involved in selecting and partnering with external research/search firms when needed + Stay abreast of sourcing/recruiting trends + Project work supporting talent recruitment and retention To be successful in this role, you’ll need: + Candidate will work in-office in either Winston-Salem or Conover, North Carolina to support the businesses + Position available to work a hybrid work schedule + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, plus 2+ years of manufacturing, corporate or agency recruiting experience + Ability to balance a high number of open positions, managing roles across multiple teams and departments + To understand, articulate, and document a hiring manager’s stated requirements, and formulate a clear value proposition that will attract the caliber of candidate we need to meet those requirements + Experience managing multiple roles within a fast-paced environment and address hiring needs with strong sense of urgency, while providing excellent candidate experience + To be a team and results oriented individual who has the capacity to influence others + Demonstrated negotiation skills when dealing with stakeholders including candidates and hiring managers + Experience with internet searches by various recruiting techniques and methods + Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sources, such as referrals, to proactively develop a talent pipeline for critical roles + Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently + Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) What to Do Next Now that you’ve had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
