Are you ready to advance your career? Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an individual with a proactive approach to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Training and Enablement Lead. This role offers the opportunity to support our global recruitment team and contribute significantly to our Talent Acquisition strategies through training and development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and present engaging and informative training sessions and materials for our Talent Acquisition team to stay up-to-date with the latest processes and programs.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Leaders and Shared Services to execute process changes and address critical issues, ensuring seamless operations.
Build and Implement Process Improvements: Passion for developing, documenting, and implementing initiatives to improve Talent Acquisition procedures.
Deliver first line support through ticketing system for Talent Acquisition inquiries across the spectrum of TA systems, policies, processes etc.
Work closely with recruiters and coordinators to understand their daily processes and find opportunities for improvement or efficiencies.
Support onboarding of new Talent Acquisition team members, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field. Or HS Diploma and related expreince.
2+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems or HR Technology.
Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, with a preference for Workday Recruit & Phenom.
Expertise in developing and delivering captivating training content and materials.
Experience in customer service or technical troubleshooting
Strong digital literacy using multimedia content development tools & MS products, particularly Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Apps and PowerPoint.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with associates at all levels of the organization.
Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and effectively managing time constraints.
