Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Lead for non-technical profiles, you play a crucial role in developing recruitment strategies and frameworks that attract top talent to our organization. You will lead the design and implementation of innovative recruiting processes, working closely with HR partners and key stakeholders (e.g., Hiring Managers, Marketing, and Data Analysts) to ensure a seamless and effective hiring experience. Your expertise will drive the optimization of recruitment tools and systems, aligning them with the company's goals to efficiently source, engage, and onboard exceptional candidates.

Talent Acquisition Lead is an integral part of the Human Resources team, responsible for the strategic and dynamic recruitment of non-technical professionals. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at navigating change to ensure the continuous alignment of talent acquisition with the company's evolving needs.

About the Role:

As the Talent Acquisition Lead:

You will drive the development and implementation of innovative recruiting strategies, lead a dedicated team of recruiters, and partner closely with department leaders. Your leadership will be instrumental in securing the diverse expertise necessary to propel the organization forward in a rapidly changing business landscape.

Main Responsibilities:

Devise and implement forward-thinking recruiting strategies to fulfill organizational hiring objectives for non-technical roles.Direct and develop a team of recruiters, setting clear objectives and fostering an environment that encourages professional growth.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand detailed job requirements and create precise job descriptions.Utilize a broad range of sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for non-technical positions.Oversee the candidate selection process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout.Track and report on recruitment metrics to refine processes and provide actionable insights to leadership.Engage in candidate negotiations, aligning offers with the company's compensation framework and values.Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and organizational guidelines throughout the recruitment process.

About You:

Holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in leading recruitment teams.Demonstrates a proven track record in attracting and securing talent in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.Exhibits exceptional leadership skills with experience in nurturing and developing a recruitment team.Outstanding communication abilities in both Spanish and English, with the capability to engage effectively with a diverse array of candidates and internal stakeholders.Proficient in the latest recruitment technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Upholds strong ethical standards in recruitment practices, with a commitment to confidentiality.Extensive knowledge of recruitment best practices and current hiring trends for non-technical roles.Superior reporting skills, with the ability to generate comprehensive reports and provide insights to inform decision-making.Demonstrates adaptability to change, with a flexible approach to shifting priorities and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong customer focus, with the ability to understand and anticipate the needs of the business and its clients, translating those needs into effective recruitment strategies.A commitment to accountability, with the discipline to take ownership of the recruitment process and make informed decisions that benefit the organization.Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
