Job Description: Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world As Talent Acquisition Leader, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end recruitment strategy for production roles in Mexico. The impact you will make in this role: + Talent acquisition strategy: Work with Manufacturing Leaders to determine current and future staffing needs for production roles and translate the regional TA strategy into plan. + Talent acquisition process: Identify and deploy best practices for recruitment and assessment with a focus on operational excellence, competitive and cost-effective recruitment solutions for production hires. + Talent acquisition governance: Ensure compliance in Workday for all recruiting and onboarding activities related to production hires. + Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new production hires and hiring managers, and promote full usage of the online onboarding platform. + KPIs: Measure and report on KPIs. + Team: Manage and develop the TA team focused on production hires.
