Summary of the Position:
The TA Senior Coordinator will be responsible for executing various Talent Acquisition administrative tasks, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate testing, and background checks, while supporting Goodyear's recruitment strategy across different countries. They will collaborate with Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to ensure recruitment processes align with talent hiring requirements. Additionally, they will focus on creating cost-effective, timely, and high-quality recruitment efforts to meet hiring manager expectations and functional requirements.
Job Responsibilities
You will create and manage requisitions by posting in external job boards and working with vendor for posting issues You will schedule candidates for interviews, closely working with hiring managers and key stakeholders You will manage offer letters, conduct pre-employment checks and hire records for new hires and rehires You will initiate and monitor preboarding activities for all candidates like background checks, preemployment medical exams You will manage language assessment, technical exams and business presentations You will manage applicant information i.e. archiving of non-hires You will participate in various TA activities as requested like University RelationsRequirements:
You must be a graduate of any 4-year degree courses You must have 3-4 years of experience in recruitment You must have organizational skills on scheduling, logistics and document management Your recruitment background, experience in use of applicant tracking system, case management or sourcing tools are major advantage Your experience in working in a virtual environment is a plus Your background in executive hiring is a plus You must have high attention to details You must be willing to go on nightshift schedule Strong English communication both oral and written with appropriate language constructionGoodyear is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
