The Driver Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for designing and executing strategy for the attraction, recruitment, assessment, and selection of qualified talent for the Linde Gases US business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the recruiting process of assigned area or region.Manage and update reports and metrics for assigned area or region.Build relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Ensure utilization of approved vendors and the appropriate tools and processes.Act as a liaison with approved third-party agencies, vendors and partners who provide additional recruiting-related services to the organization.Provide regular Talent Acquisition strategy updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is the primary system to facilitate recruitment activities across the area. Develop and maintain a pipeline and/or candidate pool. Adapt and update staffing plan, as required. Implement strategic staffing initiatives and projects within the geographic area to ensure an on-going pipeline of skilled talent is maintained. Works with other parts of the Human Resource organization to design and develop process improvements.Job Overview:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years, high volume recruiting experience Experience in candidate sourcing and data mining through various ATS, job sites and career fairs.Previous experience conducting technical and behavioral base candidate interviews.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high volume recruiting of drivers is preferred.Experience in industrial gas/chemical industry. Strong project management, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities Well-defined consultative approach with stakeholders. Advanced knowledge of applicable laws and regulations regarding employment practices. Advanced knowledge and experience with Tenstreet and other recruitment technologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.About Linde:
