Key Purpose
Marketing Services is looking for a dynamic, well rounded talent acquisition specialist. The incumbent is required to partner with business to fill current & upcoming vacancies. This is a fast-moving, diverse environment & the role provides exposure to the Greater Marketing business as well as Marketing Exco. The role is supported by an Administrator.
Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to:
Vacancy Management
Forecasting
Building talent pools for scarce/critical skills Liaising with Line Managers to forecast recruitment needs for the future, beyond 6 months

Onboarding
Administration
