TE's Talent Acquisition teams evaluate TE's ability to recruit and select the desired employees and develop, implement and monitor the programs and processes used in recruitment and selection. They source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and/or internal candidates to staff open requisitions. They also utilize the services of employment agencies and/or place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, Internet and print media.
The teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

工作职责 :
- Execute an innovation full life-cycle recruiting strategy and plan for the group of operators and technicians based on the established HC budget/forecast in an effective manner.
- Explore and optimize multi-channel recruitment resources for different levels of positions to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment activity.
- Execute proactive talent mapping and sourcing to support effective selection.
- Manage or participate staffing initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle including advertising campaign, candidate source, interview and assessment, offer and reference check.
- Partners with HR Operations to prepare on boarding related documents to ensures a smooth on boarding process.
- Be a consultant to hiring managers on interview skills, candidate selection and hiring decision making.
- Manage labor agencies to enhance the quality and quantity of delivery.
- Serves as the primary contact for key vendors (i.e. searching firm, agent recruitment, recruitment advertising etc.) and corporate with Procurement to insure proper operational set up and contract administration.
- Timely make summary on recruitment performances.
Qualifications

教育背景 - Bachelor degree (college degree is acceptable if have extensive work experience).
- Major in English or Human Resource related.

工作经验 - 7 years working experience in HR field with at least 3 years in staffing
- Preferred gained in Automotive industry.
- Solid recruitment experienced in operator and technician role hiring in large-scale companies.
Technical Skill & Competencies

- Good inter-personal communication skill and be able to interact with all levels of management and staff.
- Familiar with the tools of the recruiting trade including recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies as well as social media and sourcing tools
