Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Grade 12 and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 4 years in talent acquisition or a similar role. Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Expertise in LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other sourcing tools. Strong knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
