**Talent Acquisition Specialist**
In Copeland we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for both hourly and salaried positions across various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements for hourly and salaried roles.
+ Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to meet organizational needs.
+ Leverage multiple recruitment channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
+ Review resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
+ Provide interview training to hiring managers, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s hiring practices.
+ Prepare interview guides, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ competencies based on job requirements.
+ Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
+ Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring transparency and professionalism.
+ Manage the offer process for both hourly and salaried positions, including offer letters, salary negotiations, and benefits discussions.
+ Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
+ Engage with candidates on social media and other platforms to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally with a mix of hourly and salaried recruitment experience.
+ Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with applicant tracking systems Workday
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Knowledge of labor laws, hiring regulations, and best practices related to both hourly and salaried positions.
+ Occasional travel may be required for job fairs, recruitment events, or site visits.
+ Fluent in English
