Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Details Job Location Corporate Office - Farmington Hills - Farmington Hills, MI Position Type Full Time Travel Percentage Up to 25% Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-orientedTalent Acquisition Specialistto support full cycle recruiting for the organization. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. Responsibilities: + Recruitment & Sourcing : + Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. + Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. + Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruitment. + Job Postings : Create compelling job ads and post openings on relevant platforms to attract high-quality candidates. + Applicant Tracking System (ATS) : + Manage and maintain the ATS to track applications, update candidate statuses, and ensure compliance with recruitment processes. + Work with the leaders of the organization to ensure they have adequate training and knowledge on talent acquisitions processes and software. + Stay up to date on ATS updates and deliver training. + Candidate Screening : Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. + Candidate Experience : Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all candidates by maintaining clear communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process. + Offer Management : Prepare and extend job offers, conduct reference checks, and onboarding new hires. + Recruitment Metrics : Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. + Employer Branding : Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the organization’s culture and values through recruitment marketing efforts. + Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. + A minimum of three years of staffing/recruitment experience. + Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff. + Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience. + Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes. + Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources. + Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities. + Proficient computer skills. + Experience in general HR functions is preferred. + Must have the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
