Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle recruitment process for the assigned roles open in ChinaScreen CVs for the appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirementsDevelop job advertisements and recruitment materials tailored to each positionProactively contact and source potential candidates via job boards and social media to present job opportunities at PSILiaise with recruitment agencies regarding position requirements, candidate profiles and full cycle recruitment process (interviews, testing, negotiating offers)Organise, schedule and conduct preliminary interviews with candidates for all positions within PSIDevelop a candidate pipeline for open and future opportunities within PSIEnsure ongoing maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System Establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand their current and future business and recruitment needsDevelop awareness of the business and functional areas to target and hire best talentAct as a point of contact and builds relationships with candidates during the selection process, maintaining a positive reputation of the companyProvide analytical recruiting reports to the Hiring Manager upon requestDetermine the effectiveness and implements improvement of current recruiting processes and methodsQualificationsBachelor's degree in HR or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills and abilitiesSufficient experience in sourcing and recruitingIdeally, you will have demonstrable experience sourcing candidates for technical, R&D, Clinical Research hard-to-fill vacanciesExperience with the implementation of different recruitment methods and techniquesUp to date knowledge of the general HR practices and employment lawProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience using an Applicant Tracking SystemFluency in English and MandarinAdditional InformationMake the right call and take your career to a whole new level.
