We are looking for a talented individual to join us in the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. Working within our central resourcing team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organisation’s staffing needs.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about enhancing the candidate experience and strengthening our employer brand. You will leverage various recruitment strategies and tools to find the best candidates. Working closely with hiring managers across different departments, you will ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process, aligning with our business objectives and resourcing metrics.

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:

Utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage quality candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding Working on employer branding initiatives and create engaging social media content to attract top talent and maintain a strong market presence Scheduling and coordinating interviews, including assessments, and providing support to hiring managers with queries and best practices Specialising in recruiting for both general and technical roles, understanding the required skills and qualifications Participating in recruitment projects, including diversity hiring strategies, process improvements, and maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements Generating and maintaining recruitment activity reports, providing insights into key metrics and trends, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires

Excellent planning, organisational, and administrative skills Strong ability to coach and mentor on best recruitment practices Expertise in direct sourcing of candidates and managing stakeholders for challenging roles Ability to follow clear internal processes and work to challenging offer targets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong relationship-building skills with team members, stakeholders, and the wider HR team
