Job DescriptionTo design, enhance and deliver talent acquisition specific activities and processes in order to deliver on unique and evolving business requirements underpinned by best practice to continuously enhance service delivery, by sourcing, qualifying and influencing talent for all levels and all types of positions, identifying and implementing recruitment strategies and mining social media, networking sites, user groups, passive candidates and candidate databases to identify, screen and create talent communities and candidate pipelines for current and future positions.

Are you someone who can:

Perform end to end recruitment process for the Quant and Data Analytics graduate programmes, bursaries and winter school, including sourcing of applications, scheduling assessments, scheduling and partaking in interviews, offer letters, and facilitating the onboarding/ offboarding processes, as well as coordinating vacation work programmes, inclusive of winter and summer schools.Build working relationships across teams to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation. This includes building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders such as universities, SAGEA, ASSA and Quantify your Future.Involvement in marketing of the respective Quant and Data Analytics graduate programmes, including liaising with universities to determine avenues for marketing of these programmes (i.e., career days, presentations to students, sponsorship to vacation work// summer schools), attendance and facilitation of career days, preparation of marketing materials and respective presentations, ensuring the website is compliant relevant and user friendly. Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards.Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.Contribute to the successful implementation of HR processes.Ensure that sufficient numbers of graduates are recruited to meet business demand and that they are of high quality to prevent inefficiencies and financial losses due to increased turnover, supervision, or training.Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational and recruitment processes.Manages risks in own area of responsibility.Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy, and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy.Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialisation.Display and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivity.Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Social Science, Psychology, or related field requiredPreference for a qualification in Human Resources

Experience and Skills

3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior specialist levelExperience in recruitment and management of raduate programme would be advantageousProject management, interviewing skills, strong administration and / or co-ordination experienceExcellent verbal and written communication and networking skills across all levelsAttention to detail, time management, organized and methodical, excellent at planning in advanceAble to work under pressureKnowledge of HR policies, processes and proceduresMS Word, Excel and PowerPointJob Details
