Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full cycle strategic recruiting to implement and manage effective, results-driven sourcing and recruiting that meets company objectives. The role will be responsible for collaborating on workforce planning, developing sourcing strategies, building recruiting plans, ensuring pre-qualification and presentation of top candidates to hiring managers, leading and facilitating post interview calibration processes, and developing and negotiating offers with candidates. 

Primary Responsibilities

Develop pro-active sourcing strategies that support short and long term hiring needsBuild key talent pipelines through continuous sourcing and attending relevant industry conferences, professional group meetings and other events to target top talentExecute passive and active candidate sourcingPartner with hiring managers to define requirements for open positionsDevelop recruiting plans to meet short and longer term organizational needsAssist with job posting and advertising processConduct and lead post interview calibration sessions with hiring managers to ensure process to evaluate and compare candidates and select highest quality candidatesDevelop and close competitive offers in collaboration with people services partners and hiring managersBuild strong partnerships with Human Resources Business Partner and Department Leadership and work collaboratively to understand business and operational strategiesParticipate in workforce planning with Department Leadership and People Services team to identify skill, capability, and roles required to support the company goals and objectivesPro-actively participate in and provide subject matter expertise (SME) regarding Talent Acquisition trends and current/future market informationEnsures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations and company policies

Requirements

B.S. or B.A. in related fields or equivalent work experience1-3 years in a strategic talent acquisition function and experience with full-cycle recruitment and/or recruitment coordination and support.Ability to foster relationships with a diverse workforceStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management and associatesMust be able to track and manage multiple projects and/or high volume recruitment workloadStrong pc skillsBilingual skills a plus
