Volt is immediately hiring a for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for an immediate opportunity in Costa Mesa, CA.

\r\n\r\n

As a Recruiter you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tCollaborate with hiring managers to understand scope of position and skills they are looking for.\r\n\tManage the full-cycle cycle recruitment process from sourcing to screening, interview, and offer. Manage a high volume of requisitions – mostly for sales talent\r\n\tMaintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for Claims roles\r\n\tMaintain a strong presence on LinkedIn and Indeed to attract, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates.\r\n\tMeet or exceeding sales recruitment hiring goals on a monthly basis.\r\n\tTimely responses and open communication with team members and potential candidates.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Hours are Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm. This position requires you work full time onsite at the Costa Mesa facility. Position is 3-6 months with potential to go temp to hire.

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\t1 – 2 years of talent acquisition, corporate recruiting or sales recruiting experience.\r\n\tHave sourced candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed\r\n\tPreferred experience: agency recruiting, sales recruiting or corporate recruiting\r\n\tHRIS experience such as Workday is preferred\r\n\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $30-40/hr

\r\n\r\n

** Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
