Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

Salary: £39,994 per annum + Dependent Upon Experience

Duration: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Location: Peterborough, UK

What You Will Do

Counseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization; leveraging data to drive decision-making.

Recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and communicating orientation and start date plans for new employees.

Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools and industry leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles.

Developing plans for sourcing appropriate and diverse candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.

What You Will Have

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. Level Extensive Experience

Customer/Market Focus: Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value. Level Working Knowledge

Recruitment Channel Management: Knowledge of the benefit, selection, implementation, and operation of various recruitment channels (e.g., computer databases, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms and employee referrals); ability to use appropriate channels to achieve objectives of organizational talent strategy. Level Working Knowledge

Candidate Screening: Knowledge of techniques, methods and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization. Level Extensive Experience

Candidate Sourcing: Knowledge of techniques, methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates. Level Extensive Experience

Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions. Level Extensive Experience

Workforce Analytics: Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions. Level Working Knowledge
