Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business units, including role definition, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.Source candidates through a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.Build a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.Stakeholder Management:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and cultural fit.Provide guidance and recommendations on candidate evaluation and interviewing best practices.Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and competitive hiring practices.Candidate Experience:
Ensure a seamless, positive, and transparent candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding.Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed about the hiring process and next steps.Employer Branding and Outreach:
Promote Greene Tweed as an employer of choice by communicating our company culture, values, and mission to candidates.Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment marketing activities.Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
Skills and Experience
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong track record of success in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talent across multiple functions.Expertise in recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday is highly preferred), and social media recruiting platforms.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions.Highly adept at building competitive market intelligence.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to recruiting.Strong organizational, process, and detail orientation skills requiredFlexibility and resiliency to meet the changing demands of the organizationHigh level of accountability and ability to work independentlyCustomer service/candidate experience orientationExperience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.Note: This Job Description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
