Talent Acquisition Partner

The Opportunity:

Works independently under close supervision, responsible for liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs. Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions. Source potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms. Evaluate applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments. Compile interview questions and conduct in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner is responsible for developing and implementing TA strategies. As the TA Partner, you will partner with Global TA Leads, Human Resources Business Partners, Senior Business Leaders and Hiring leaders to define, screen, select, offer and onboard talented individuals in a proactive, cost-effective, and compliant manner.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)

Proactively advise Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to enable efficient service deliveryDevelop effective and cost-efficient sourcing strategies for all assigned openingsEnsure TA strategies are compliant with Country Regulatory requirements and Corporate policiesLeads delivery of full life cycle TA activities including planning, outreach, selection, offer management, credential verification, and preparing for Day 1 employmentBuild a bench of qualified prospects to meet both current and anticipated business needsDefine, Measure, Analyse, process reports and feedback to enable continuous improvementPerforms other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology preferred or equivalent experience required5+ years of experience managing full life cycle TA process in a corporate and/or professional search firmPHR/SPHR certification is preferredDemonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)

Knowledge of multiple Applicant Tracking Systems is preferredExpert in networking and building relationships with highly talented individualsDemonstrated bias for action and follow throughProven written, verbal and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to negotiate with and influence stakeholders at all levels within an organizationProven ability to successfully deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
