About the Role You will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent, working closely with hiring managers to source and close candidates who are a great fit for our company and culture. They will focus on entry to mid level roles, managing candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle. Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is goal-oriented and results-driven, has a high level of integrity, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Consistently achieves recruitment goals (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) • Foster strong relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders through effective communication • Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to manage tasks, analyze data, and present information effectively • Incorporate technology and automation into workflows to significantly elevate efficiency, communication, and productivity Competencies • Adaptability & agility: Ability to swiftly adapt to changes and maintain high performance under shifting conditions and challenges • Disciplined execution: Detail-oriented and organized, this leader prioritizes effectively, excels at time management, and anticipates well in decision making • Crisp communication: Clear and effective communicators capable of conveying information succinctly and clearly • Talent assessment: Assesses employee talent to align with organizational goals and development needs. • Sourcing: Supplements candidate flow and enhances candidate pool by actively connecting with and engaging potential qualified candidates • Problem solving (systems & process): Process-oriented view to problem solving. Qualifications + Experience: 1+ year of recruiting or sales experience + Technology Skills: Familiarity with ATS and or CRM systems + Sourcing Expertise: Familiarity with LinkedIn and LinkedIn recruiter or sales navigator Location: Tampa, FL In office requirement: 3 days a week While we offer flexibility, this role includes an expectation of being onsite three days a week in our Tampa office to support team alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
