Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will utilize strategic researching and sourcing techniques to build and manage Combined’s Independent sales force candidate pipeline. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and Sales Leadership to understand requirements and develop sourcing strategies to identify top talent. Your role will involve managing applicant flow, promoting referrals, and uncovering hidden talent while acting as a Combined Insurance ambassador.

Primary Responsibilities:

Drive talent pipeline by researching, identifying, attracting, and generating pools of top-quality candidates through evaluations, cold calls, and phone screens. Actively engage and recruit licensed agents using available resources. Become a subject matter expert on the Combined Insurance value proposition and effectively position it to candidates. Develop a strong knowledge base of industry drivers, trends, key players, and competitors. Execute search strategies using databases, social media, networking resources, and research requirements. Lead career fairs within the designated region. Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline and execute all tasks associated with offers and onboarding. Cultivate candidate relationships to understand their career aspirations and expectations. Ensure data integrity for accurate reporting and oversee applicable recruiting reports. Participate in meetings to review results and best practices.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred). 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry (corporate or agency). Proven success in recruiting and managing requisition loads. Demonstrated success using recruiting tools (e.g., Boolean search, databases, social media, CRM). Ability to execute KPIs and build relationships with key stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort in cold calling, networking, and public speaking. Creative problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and achievement-oriented. Ability to travel 20% within the designated region.
