**Unlock Your Potential as a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist!** Be the key player in transforming our hiring process, ensuring a seamless journey for new hires from offer letter to onboarding. **Job Title** : Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist **Job Type** : Full-time Consultant (2 months) **Location** : Houston, TX 77002 (Primarily remote with office visits as needed) **Schedule** : Monday to Friday **Pay Rate** : $23.65 per hour **About the Role** : Join our dynamic team as a **Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist** , where you’ll be the driving force behind smooth and efficient hiring processes! From preparing offer letters to coordinating interviews, your role is critical in creating a seamless pre-employment and onboarding experience for new hires. You’ll also be involved in process improvements, data reporting, and liaising with internal and external partners. **Key Responsibilities** : + Oversee candidate tracking, from onboarding to deployment + Maintain and report on candidate information + Initiate background checks and ensure completion with vendors + Create offer letters and ensure candidate documentation is complete + Act as a main point of contact for interview scheduling and requisition management + Contribute to continuous process improvement and workflow optimization **Skills You Bring** : + Strong communication and organizational skills + Solid HR or Talent Acquisition support experience, with Excel and ATS proficiency + Adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills + Familiarity with process improvement initiatives **Requirements** : + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience + 2+ years of relevant experience in HR or Talent Acquisition support + Familiarity with security clearance processes (preferred) **Join us and make an impact by streamlining our talent acquisition processes and helping new hires feel right at home!** **Pay Details:** $23.65 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
