Then come and join our global team as Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) for the Zone CEECA. You will hold strategic responsibility for designing and implementing our talent acquisition strategy across Central Eastern Europe and Central Asia. You will lead a dedicated team and drive innovative recruiting approaches to attract highly qualified talent to Siemens Healthineers.

This role can be located in Vienna (Austria) or Bratislava (Slovakia).

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will be developing and implementing the Talent Acquisition Strategy for Zone CEECA – Central Eastern Europe and Central Asia (more than 20 countries) in alignment with global business objectives. You will be leading and developing a high-performing Talent Acquisition team in the region to ensure efficient and high-quality recruitment processes. You will build mutually beneficial & trusting relationships at senior leadership levels, including close collaboration with local and regional HR teams and business leaders to identify talent needs. You will be implementing innovative recruiting strategies to access top talent in a competitive region. You will focus on analyzing and optimizing recruitment processes to continuously enhance efficiency and quality. You will be promoting Diversity & Inclusion throughout the recruitment process.

Your qualifications and experience:

You have successfully completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You have several years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a regional or global role with a strategic focus. You bring leadership experience in managing teams, ideally in an international context. You have experience in change management within matrix organizations.

Your attributes and skills:

You have strong strategic and analytical skills, combined with the ability to develop innovative recruitment approaches. You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and build partnerships and work collaboratively cross-functionally  You are confrontable to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and recruitment engagements You bring fluency in English language is essential; German language skills are required and knowledge of at least one additional Eastern European language is an advantage. You have a high willingness to travel within the Zone CEECA.
