Position Responsibilities:
Provide on the ground TA Leadership and advisor to the business
Leading the local TA team in Chengdu
Able to provide and create sourcing solutions
Able to create and produce local market intelligence
Provide data relevant updates to be used in creating hiring solutions for Chengdu
Required Qualifications:
Min 10 years of Talent Aquisition experience
Proven leadership experience in managing a team
Proven experience in creating hiring solutions and local market intelligence
Excellent experience and skill in data gathering and analysis
Strong stakeholder management skills
Should be able to do hands on work aside from managing the local Chengdu team
