About the role:
We’re looking for a seasoned talent acquisition professional who is warm, hospitable, highly organized, and driven—someone with a natural ability to connect and communicate in a way that captivates top talent. In this role, YOU will lead the sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and retention of exceptional hospitality professionals, ensuring we attract the best in the industry. YOU will be responsible for crafting and executing a strategic Talent Acquisition plan for Four Seasons Hotel Prague, playing a key role in shaping our employer brand and positioning us as an employer of choice. Reporting to the Regional Director of People and Culture, you’ll be an integral part of our diverse and dynamic P&C team, helping to build a culture of excellence.
What You’ll do:
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
Design and drive a future-focused talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier professionals.
Analyzes workforce trends and hiring needs, delivering proactive staffing forecasts.
Manage the entire candidate journey—from interviews and reference checks to salary negotiations and job offers—while maintaining strong engagement throughout.
Build a dynamic and diverse talent pipeline, ready to meet evolving business demands.
Partner with internal leaders to understand hiring needs across all levels, ensuring the right talent is placed in the right roles.
Tap into multiple sourcing channels, including databases, online platforms, targeted searches, and networking, leveraging cutting-edge recruitment tools and strategies.
Champion diversity and inclusion, cultivating relationships with universities, alumni groups, agencies, and recruiters to attract a broad range of talent.
Coach hiring managers on best practices, fostering a consistent, engaging, and candidate-friendly recruitment process.
Leverage Employer Branding and proactively look for innovative and new industry best practices around recruiting, interviewing, and sourcing to ensure we are hiring top talent and all candidates walk away from their experience with a positive image of the Four Seasons Brand.
What You’ll Bring:
At least 5 years of recruiting experience as a talent acquisition professional or senior recruiter.
Advantageous to have proven recruitment experience in luxury hospitality or relevant luxury brands
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage, consult, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and high emotional intelligence
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder management.
Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills.
A team player with a positive and approachable personality.
Mandatory fluency in English, with Czech/Slovak as a native language.
