Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. Work to build a strong employer brand to excite top talent about joining the team. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Use job boards, social media and ATS to source, evaluate and select candidates for open positions. Develop specialized intelligence concerning talent development and employee retention. Work with Director to develop partnerships and training programs with local and national technical programs to build a talent pipeline. Organize and/or attend career fairs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and incorporate them into the recruitment process. Collaborate across key departments to improve the candidate experience from application through onboarding. Work with leadership and hiring managers to streamline onboarding.

 

 

Requirements: The successful Candidate will possess the following experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with experience recruiting for Technical roles preferred. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends in talent acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Ability to travel as needed to support recruitment efforts across the US.
