Talent Acquisition Manager

Pennoni is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resource Team at our Philadelphia, PA office.

The ideal candidate will be a person who has experience performing the following, but not limited to: 

Job Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing and performing end-to-end talent acquisition life cycle activities related to all positions within assigned areas of responsibility. Primary responsibilities include implementing strategic staffing solutions to fill open vacancies with quality hires and building talent pipelines to recruit top talent for future staffing needs. In this role, you will ensure your clients are best positioned to attract top talent both internally and externally along with partnering with candidates, hiring managers, and the community.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage the overall talent acquisition life cycle and create and implement talent strategies to drive quality candidates. Manage TA Associates and all tasks and projects for the team. Responsible for onboarding, performance management, career development and salary reviews for the team. Function as a subject matter expert by providing guidance to hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices and within compliance guidelines. Source and pipeline external and internal qualified candidates through various sourcing tactics such as Indeed and Linked-In. Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline the process for hiring managers. Establish recruiting strategies aligned with business needs. Oversee partnerships with recruitment strategies Manage recruiting systems and technologies Maintains and produces regular reports of data, information and statistics regarding performance, cost, effectiveness and efficiency of recruiting programs and onboarding processes. Develop, implement, and facilitate management training for recruitment management system (ADP). Ensure compliance with all pre-employment onboarding requirements and post-hire onboarding processes, including background screening and proper tracking of candidates and job openings via RMS.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field preferred, OR equivalent experience in talent acquisition.

10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 4 years leading a team.

High proficiency in ATS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR technology, with experience leveraging data-driven recruitment analytics to optimize hiring strategies.

Preferred Qualification and Skills:

SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential Communication and Interpersonal Skills Time Management, Teamwork, Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail

Travel;

 

Valid driver’s license, and ability to travel to regional offices and career fairs as needed.
