Our differences and uniqueness are celebrated and reflected in our wide range of Global Employee Networks. **Job Overview** The Talent Acquisition Lead plays a crucial role in attracting and sourcing key talent and actively manages the end-to-end recruitment and selection activities across the business. The role works closely with the HR Business Partner and Senior Managers to recruit for top quality talent. The role will provide key strategic advice to leaders in regards attracting and retaining talent. Act as the Subject Matter Expert on delivering activities relating to Attracting, Sourcing, Screening, Assessment, Pipelining, and Offer. **Responsibilities** + Talent and recruitment specialist to the organisation + Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment activities. + Partner with stakeholders to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage expectations to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process. + Attract and retain the best people. Ensure adequate resourcing, create a learning and development culture, career pathways. + Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements. + Add value through the delivery of talent acquisition projects and initiatives as required. + Ensure compliance with all Legislation and other standards/requirements. + Proactively seeking out local level partnerships to build talent pools and talent pipelines of high-quality candidates + Streamline end to end recruitment activities and manage and optimise the candidate selection, interviewing, feedback and offer process. + Contribute to initiatives focused on developing and promoting our employer brand and unique employer value proposition. + Use of sourcing tools to proactively seek potential talent such as SEEK and LinkedIn. + Partner with the Jensen Hughes and collaborate with international recruitment team. + Contribute to the development of strategic and operational plans relating to the Human Resources, specifically talent, function. + Be the first point of contact for all talent related queries and questions, from within the organisation and potential employees and other key stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** + Professional services industry experience desirable. + Corporate Recruitment experience required. + Building and Construction industry experience desirable. + IT literate and highly skilled in using Microsoft Office tools, such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and Applicant tracking systems.
