Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Talent Acquisition Intern for Summer 2025 to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the Early Talent team and their strategic programs across the enterprise with the opportunity to learn about various aspects of Recruiting, Parsons Internship Program, and Human Resources

This position is a hybrid opportunity based in Herndon, Virginia.  This position begins in May and lasts 13 weeks, allowing 40 hours of work weekly. 

What You'll Be Doing:

Assists and hosts various events in support of the Parsons Internship Program Manages a schedule and budget for in-person activities based out of the Northern Virginia Internship Program Hub Updates and implements resources for interns and intern managers Creates and sends communications to the intern audience through multiple platforms Coordinates and executes Intern Appreciation Week Facilitates an Intern Feedback Survey and analyzes resultsDevelops and presents a SWOT analysis of the Parsons Internship Program to key stakeholdersExecutes on strategic projects in support of Early Talent including but not limited to - Campus Ambassador Program, Intern Project EXPO, etc. Completes an end of summer project presentation detailing internship program experience and accomplishments Engages with Intern Program stakeholders (hiring managers, talent acquisition leaders, and business leaders)Supports various Talent Acquisition Operations efforts as needed  

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

In pursuit of a bachelor's degree in communications, human resources, hospitality management, or a related fieldPrefer rising Junior/Senior standing in schoolAbility to travel locally for local events and activities (1-2 hours a week)


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Ability to perform assigned tasks effectively and efficiently with a strong attention to detail Strong communication and written skills to interact with all levels of team members and leadership Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms, etc.)

Salary Range: 

$14.66 - $24.95
