This role will be pivotal in fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, managing reward and recognition programs, attracting top talent, and providing general support to the HR department. Design, plan, and implement HR programs.  

Responsibilities:

Organize and manage conferences and awareness communication initiatives to promote a culture of conscious inclusion within the organization.

Coordinate and manage community outreach programs, including volunteer activities that support our commitment to social responsibility.

Oversee the administration, implementation, and management of reward and recognition programs to motivate and engage employees.

Develop and disseminate communication materials related to reward and recognition programs.

Lead talent attraction process:

Manage the Workday (WD) process for job postings and applicant tracking.

Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

Coordinate and follow up on the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Prepare and extend job offers to select candidates.

Assist in the development and administration of assessment tools for candidate evaluation.

Lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization.

Support in the development of concept and communication materials related to development, culture and training programs.

General support at company engagement events.

General area administrative support at purchase orders related to HR activities and ensure timely processing.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or similar

Fluent at conversation and writing in English

Specific experience and expertise

2 years + of professional experience in a generalist profile or at talent attraction.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., Workday).

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization

Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality in all situations.
