Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract)

Position Summary:

 Responsibilities:

Maintain data integrity in applicant tracking system Coordinate scheduling interviews and support a highly positive candidate experience Aid recruiters with headcount requests Create offer letters and support the onboarding process, including managing background checks and relocation tickets Ensure hiring team efficiencies by evaluating processes and providing suggested improvements Assist University Recruiter with internship recruiting activities Provide a high level of professionalism, personal integrity, accuracy, and dependability Partner with other HR projects as needed

 Required Skills and Experience:

Associate's Degree required - Bachelor Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 2+ years experience as a recruiting coordinator in a Corporate environment Experience managing multiple priorities in a time-sensitive matter Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment Detail-oriented with strong organization skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion Able to process information quickly Communicate effectively and professionally with our candidates and internal stakeholders and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times Be proactive and take ownership to anticipate needs and communicate effectively to ensure deliverables are met timely and accurately Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint) Exhibits a professional approach to work, including a sense of responsibility for assigned duties Our total rewards programs are designed to motivate and engage exceptional talent. The base pay range for roles at this level is listed below, but may be higher or lower in other states due to geographic differentials in the labor market. Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education and training. This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life well.Base Pay Range$35—$40 USD
