Made Possible.** **MISSION / SUMMARY:** The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will serve on the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate a positive candidate experience from application to hire and strategically select the best person for open roles. **JOB FUNCTIONS:** _Job functions include but are not limited to the following._ + Work effectively with candidates, hiring managers and HR Business partners to drive alignment and consensus throughout the recruitment process. + Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to understand clients and market positioning within industry. + Create and update job descriptions. + Initiate background and reference checks + Organize candidate data in Applicant Tracking System. + Schedule and coordinate interviews (manage candidate travel, as necessary). + Prepare job offer letters. + Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback. + Assist with new hire onboarding (prepare paperwork and schedule trainings). + Create requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System. + Schedule interviews with hiring managers, following up to obtain feedback and outcomes of interviews and communicating rejection or extending offers to candidates. + Develop and maintain pipeline of candidates for future positions. + Ensure a positive candidate experience is maintained by leading a high-quality recruitment, feedback and communication process throughout recruitment. + Must work within and adhere to the company’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Relationships and Teamwork. + Other duties as assigned. **BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:** + Experience with ATS, specifically SuccessFactors, highly preferred **EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE:** + Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or compensatory closely related work experience required in lieu of degree. + 1+ year experience in HR, Staffing or related fields + Experience with talent acquisition recruiting platforms and social medias (ex. LinkedIn) + Talent acquisition skills (internet navigation/Boolean Search) + Excellent customer and recruitment agency relationship management **SKILLS:** + Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, & Outlook) along with internet research capabilities + Strong collaboration skills + Excellence communication skills + Ability to learn and adapt + Self-motivated + Administrative skills + Time management **SCHEDULE DEMANDS:** + General schedule is an 8-hour M-F assignment, however, employee must be willing to work alternate schedules occasionally; that may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so. + Occasional overnight travel to include flying, driving, riding or by rail. **PHYSICAL DEMANDS:** + Sitting or standing for extended periods of time up to 8-hours. + Occasional Lifting up to 20 lbs. + Reading computer screen or other electronic devices. + Use of various office hand and electrical tools or equipment. **KEY COMPETENCIES:** + Integrity & Trust + Action Oriented + Active Listener + Strategic negotiator and persuader + Problem-solver and critical thinker + Project and time management **Pay Range:** **$53,775.00** - **$71,700.00** **Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
